Over the years, the credit market has become very tight, leaving many buyers unable to afford to buy homes. Many consumers have experienced over indebtedness at some point in their lives and have not been able to meet their monthly obligations. This has left their credit record dented and struggle to obtain finance of the most basic need, shelter. The working class are particularly vulnerable because of the demands and pressures they endure to support their families.  They are inevitable denied of an opportunity to invest in an asset that will secure their families long after they passed on.
